CONDITION OF ENTRY
Please take a minute to read our Conditions of entry.
1) Please be on field by 11:30am. If you arrive after this time you will be directed
to the Public Car Park. Event opens to the public at Noon
2) All exhibitors will be under the direction of event stewards for the duration of
the Event
3) NO VEHICLES ARE TO LEAVE THE FIELD BEFORE 4:30pm
All the above are necessary to comply with Health & Safety Regulations.
NB: YOUR EXHIBIT MUST BE COVERED BY PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
OR A CURRENT MOTOR INSURANCE POLICY. EXHIBITS ARE BROUGHT TO THE EVENT AT YOUR OWN RISK

Late entries can enter after this date or on the day by paying late entry fee of £3
If you are a trader attending the show with a view to selling a vehicle
you will be charged £15 per vehicle ( To be donated to the designated Charity of the day)
